Argentine president says Dakar Rally returning
Argentine President Cristina Fernandez says the Dakar Rally will return to the South American country next year. Fernandez made the announcement Thursday, saying the 2012 Rally would begin at the seaside resort of Mar del Plata. The race started the last three years in the Argentina capital Buenos Aires.
