Snegirev makes F2 move for 2011
Russian driver Max Snegirev will switch from British Formula 3 to Formula 2 for the 2011 season. The 23-year-old struggled to break into the top 10 in F3 last year, but ended the season on a stronger note when he returned to Formula Palmer Audi - the series where he had made his racing debut in 2007 - and won a race, before performing well in F2's winter tests
