Going Japanese
The second season of 2011 for the inRacingNews Challenge opened with a new track to the iRacing members. The Okayama International Circuit, best known as a host track to the Pacific Grand Prix in 1994 and ’95 and home to many major races in Japanese championships, bookends the iRNC this year, with the season opening on the short course and closing on the full course. It looks like last year?s champions, Gabriel Tobar in SpecRacer Ford and Chris Hughson in Pontiac Solstice, will both be competing in the faster Fords this year. This leaves the Solstice class wide open, as familiar names and rookies alike will attempt to claim the online racing title.
