Triple 8 Engineering will remain in the British Touring Car Championship next year with a car built to the series' NGTC technical regulations. The team, which took its first win of the season courtesy of James Nash at Rockingham last weekend, has not confirmed which car it will build, but did pledge its future to the tin-top series. Triple 8 has always run Vauxhall machinery since entering the BTCC as the manufacturer's works team in 1997 and currently runs a pair of ex-works Vectras powered by the NGTC-spec TOCA engine
